An award-winning children's series, How ___ Works for Kids, has reached worldwide bestseller a total of 5 times. With 5-figures in sales, this series has reached 4 continents, benefitting countless children internationally.

How ___ Works for Kids was personally distributed to Indian school children and has been purchased/donated to schools in disadvantaged regions of Africa and East Asia.

The Formula Project

Since 2024, Ridhi has worked as the Chief Financial Officer of the Formula Project, a Forbes-recognized female STEM empowerment nonprofit. In her role, Ridhi has raised $35k+ for girls' STEM/tech mentorship, and has co-founded the Ukraine National STEM Mentorship Program, securing a $15k grant to provide STEM/tech education to war-stricken girls in Ukraine.

The Loudoun Young Researcher's Academy

Ridhi is the president of Loudoun County's Youth Research Academy. She is responsible for educating 7k+ middle schoolers, creating an interactive STEM/tech research curriculum, and managing volunteers county-wide. Having been appointed to this position in 2025 after serving on the executive board in 2024, Ridhi is proud to say that YRA has mentored over 100 middle school students, fostering research in areas from computer science to medicnie.

Sirel.org

Among one of her most prominent initiatives is sirel.org, the world's largest STEM opportunity database for middle and high school students. Boasting over 150 high-quality STEM research opportunities, sirel.org has 5k+ active users, having reached 200,000 total students in 45+ countries ranging from Azerbaijan to Zimbabwe.

Co-founding Sirel.org in 2024 is one of Ridhi's most cherished accomplishments. Having been exposed to STEM and technology late herself, sirel.org is Ridhi's attempt to democratize STEM research and extend opportunities to those in underserved areas.
